By accessing and using RoutezAI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

RoutezAI is an AI-powered travel itinerary generator. We provide personalised travel plans, activity suggestions, hotel recommendations, weather information, and booking links based on user inputs. The Service is provided free of charge with optional account features.

Itineraries, recommendations, cost estimates, and all other content generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current relevance of AI-generated content. Always verify:

• Opening hours and admission prices directly with venues.
• Hotel availability and pricing through the respective booking platform.
• Travel requirements, visas, and entry restrictions with official government sources.
• Safety information and travel advisories from your government's travel authority.

RoutezAI is not a licensed travel agency and does not provide travel advice, insurance, or booking services directly.

You may use the Service as a guest (limited to 3 itinerary generations per day) or create a free account for additional features (up to 10 generations per day). When creating an account:

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the AI system.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service at scale.
• Resell or commercialise AI-generated itineraries without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI prompts or systems.

The RoutezAI name, logo, interface design, and codebase are the intellectual property of Ziv Nesher / RoutezAI. AI-generated itineraries produced using your inputs are provided to you for personal use. You may share itineraries via the built-in share feature, but may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services (Google Maps, Booking.com, Viator, etc.). These links are provided for convenience. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help fund the free service. Ad content is determined by Google's algorithms and is not endorsed by RoutezAI.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoutezAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or travel expenses incurred based on AI-generated recommendations.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
